These rules help keep our pricing low for everyone :)
You are allowed to reschedule all your online bookings with no penalty up to 8 hours before your session, only through your online profile.

If you anticipate a potential need to reschedule, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are able to create and access your account for rescheduling when booking.
Because we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24hrs, rescheduling requests close to your session time may not be processed in time. In these scenarios where a manual rescheduling is requested, but we are unable to amend the booking before the cutoff time, the onus will be on the customer and you will forfeit your booking.
Due to the small size of our facility and the lack of a front desk admin representative who is able to work for extended hours, giving responsibility to our guests by enforcing this strict booking policy is the best compromise we can offer without having to raise prices to account for substantial increases in administrative and lost capacity costs. We will note that many other similar fitness, yoga, or spa facilities have a 100% non-redeemable 24hr cancellation policy even with front desk administrative staff.
In the event of any cancellation or rescheduling within 8 hours of your session, including no-shows, you will not be issued any refunds, credits, or coupons - for any potential outstanding reason including sickness, traffic, meteorite landing on your house, a zombie apocalypse outbreak, and alien abduction.
