Located just a few minutes away from downtown Kelowna, the Forest Spa is entirely outdoors. Surrounded by pine trees and mountain views, this feels like a trip to the family cabin. If you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of wildlife in your ice bath.

  • 4 cold plunges ranging from chilly to glacier water

Access & Parking:

​

Coming from downtown Kelowna, 370 Clifton Rd will be on your left. Look for a long dirt driveway. Follow this driveway alllll the way to the top to reach a large parking lot. Please yield to cars coming down the driveway, and use extra caution on snow days!

 

The illuminated Tality sign beside the workshop indicates the entrance to the spa. Following your session please vacate the parking lot quickly for the next group of guests as the driveway is not wide enough to accommodate 2-way traffic. 

Private Booking Information For The Forest Spa

Great for birthdays, events, or to share an intimate experience with your crew. We will be here to set up and facilitate your experience. Here are the details:

 

  • $350 for a 1hr 55min session until Dec 24th, 2023! (regular $425)

  • Up to 16 guests (additional guests over 16 for $25pp)

  • We recommend a maximum of 20 people in your party

  • You can extend to 4-hour booking for a rate of $700 (regular $850)

  • Towels, robes, flops, tea and kombucha are all provided

  • Light and mess-free snacking foods are permitted provided you are able to completely clean and clear the premises before the next session

  • Secured and well-behaved pets are allowed. We suggest bringing a kennel or bed as the tie up areas may be wet and uncovered

  1. Check the Forest Spa Schedule for an unbooked session date and time.

  2. Contact eddie@talityspa.com with your preferred dates and times (or text us and request a callback at 604-921-3828).
