Service Description

Whether it's your first time, or you're looking for a facilitated experience, our guides will help you explore hot-cold cycling. Each guide has something special to offer, from breath work to movement, and we encourage you to find one that resonates with you. By pushing ourselves through hot-cold therapy, we find serenity through discomfort, and through solidarity we find comfort. The guided sessions are done in larger groups of up to 16 total participants, with our trained facilitator helping orchestrate the larger group through the cycles in a safe and welcoming manner. Each guide will have their own style to facilitation while still following our general structure. Showing up on-time is much appreciated for this session type! All sessions include towel, robe, flops, kombucha, and tea.

Cancelation Policy

No refunds or cancellations - you are allowed to reschedule all your online bookings with no penalty up to 23 hours before your session, only through your online profile. Private bookings must be rescheduled 48hrs in advance. talityspa.com/secret -> Account -> My Bookings -> Reschedule. Because we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24hrs, rescheduling requests close to your session time may not be processed in time. In these scenarios where a manual rescheduling is requested, but we are unable to amend the booking before the cutoff time, the onus will be on the customer and you will forfeit your booking. In the event of any cancellation or rescheduling within 23 hours of your session, including no-shows, you will not be issued any refunds, credits, or coupons - for any potential outstanding reason including sickness, traffic, meteorite landing on your house, a zombie apocalypse outbreak, and alien abduction.
