Service Description

Great for birthdays, events, or just to get the space for yourself and/or your crew. Our host will still be there to help facilitate the experience. 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞 𝗔 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡: 1) Book out 10 spots in a community session using code PRIVATEBOOKING to get a $100 discount on booking out the session (only 10 available spots in a community session) 2) Email hello@talityspa.com requesting either a specific time or date, and we will work with you to find the best possible time! Generally available times (1hr 55min session lengths): Mon-Fri 6pm-12am Sat & Sun 10am-12am Additional information: - Add 2 additional hours for your private booking at a rate of $200/2hr - Include over 10 people at an additional charge of $15/person - Light and mess free snacking food is permitted assuming you are able to completely clean and clear the premises before the next session - Pets are allowed if they are kept in a kennel/tied to their bed - strict rule! Cancellation policy: No refunds - you are allowed to reschedule your private booking at least 48hrs in advance, or else you will forfeit your private booking payment.

Cancelation Policy

No refunds or cancellations - you are allowed to reschedule all your online bookings with no penalty up to 23 hours before your session, only through your online profile. Private bookings must be rescheduled 48hrs in advance. talityspa.com/secret -> Account -> My Bookings -> Reschedule. Because we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24hrs, rescheduling requests close to your session time may not be processed in time. In these scenarios where a manual rescheduling is requested, but we are unable to amend the booking before the cutoff time, the onus will be on the customer and you will forfeit your booking. In the event of any cancellation or rescheduling within 23 hours of your session, including no-shows, you will not be issued any refunds, credits, or coupons - for any potential outstanding reason including sickness, traffic, meteorite landing on your house, a zombie apocalypse outbreak, and alien abduction.
