From alpine lake to glacier river, Claudia has an immense amount of experience cold plunging as well as facilitating. Join her women's only guided session with up to 8 other beautiful souls, and be led through a hot-cold cycle amongst fearless feminine energy. Great as an introduction, to enhance your hot-cold experience, or simply to share a fantastic night with other women.

Cancelation Policy
No refunds or cancellations - you are allowed to reschedule all your online bookings with no penalty up to 23 hours before your session, only through your online profile. Because we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24hrs, rescheduling requests close to your session time may not be processed in time. In these scenarios where a manual rescheduling is requested, but we are unable to amend the booking before the cutoff time, the onus will be on the customer and you will forfeit your booking. In the event of any cancellation or rescheduling within 23 hours of your session, including no-shows, you will not be issued any refunds, credits, or coupons - for any potential outstanding reason including sickness, traffic, meteorite landing on your house, a zombie apocalypse outbreak, and alien abduction.
