  • What's included in a drop-in?
    Shared access to your booked location. Self-guided community sessions, fully equipped with sauna, cold tubs, lounge area, unlimited kombucha, and tea. Connect with others, or reconnect with just yourself. All sessions include towel, robe, flops, kombucha, and tea.
  • How do I reschedule?
    You must be logged into your account to cancel and manage your bookings. Find your account at www.talityspa.com/account or through the booking app! If you cancel your booking outside of 12hrs before your session, there is no penalty and you will be credited back your session which you can use to rebook for another time. If you are a member, there will be no penalty for cancelling your reservation outside of 12hrs. If you book your session using a credit or punch pass, and you wish to cancel within 12hrs, please text the location you are booked into requesting the cancellation. You will be charged a $10 late penalty fee and the credit will be put back onto your account. If you no-show, you will lose the credit. If you book your session with an unlimited membership, and you cancel within 12hrs, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. If you no-show, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee.

  • How do I book for my friends?
    First you need to purchase enough credits to book for your friends. Second, when you go to book, you do have to book for each guest individually. As in, you have to "book for guest" the number of times for the amount of guests you'd like to bring.
  • Can I use punch passes to book for friends?
    Yes! Please just make sure that you use 1 credit per 1 friend. You may have to go through the booking process multiple times to ensure you book for the number of spots you want. Some guests have purchased x number of passes and only made 1 booking thinking their passes are automatically used, unfortunately this is not the case. If you're unsure, you can go onto your account and check your upcoming reservations. It should include your own booking, then x number of "guest" bookings for each guest you plan on bringing.
  • My discount code or gift card isn't working?
    Please email us at hello@talityspa.com with your code information. If you're in a rush, feel free to purchase your passes now and we can process a refund or credit you back after confirming the codes.
  • First time - what should I bring / expect?
    Bring a willingness to suffer and a bathing suit. We supply towel, robes, flops and cups for drinks, however you are welcome to bring and use your own if you prefer. A water bottle can be nice to bring into the sauna or staying better hydrated. Please don't bring any glass! It's not recommended to wear jewellery as it will get very hot, but we do provide envelopes to hold our jewellery pieces in. There is no secure storage on site, so we recommend not bringing in any valuable items.
  • What's a guided session?
    Guided sessions are hot-cold cycles led by one of our wonderful and professionally trained guides. Guided sessions are great for new comers and experienced practitioners looking to learn more about this modality and experience cycles in a guided flow.
  • How do I book a private session?
    Privates are only currently available at Secret Spa. You must first purchase a Private Session credit from the buy page, then email hello@talityspa.com to find a time that will work with the schedule and your crew. We will need to update the schedule and apply your credit for you to make the booking. Any "Community Session" with 10 available spots is available for private booking. We do not offer refunds on private booking credits however you are allowed to reschedule your private session with no penalty if you email outside of 7 days of your booking time.   • What is a Private Membership Association? [Forest Spa - Kelowna]
    Forest Spa in Kelowna is operating as a Private Membership Association [PMA]. A PMA is a group of people collectively gathering, thereby asserting their right to assemble and associate. We are not operating as a commercial entity or performing commercial activities. We have chosen to operate the Forest Spa as a PMA due to zoning issues prohibiting commercial activities at our location. Only private members are allowed to associate with Forest Spa. You will have to repeat the book for a guest process for each guest you'd like to bring.
